The device ensures automated cash deposit and withdrawal by two tellers and storage of cash left at the end of day.
MK-01 device contains an automatic module for dispensing banknotes of two denominations (cash-dispensing module) and two deposit modules. The modules are installed in a special Grade 1 burglary resistant cabinet.
MK-01 cash dispenser automatically handles cash withdrawal of two denominations after the teller orders the required sum at
the level of the banking computer system (after integration into the system) or at the level of the computer terminal after installing the proper software.
Teller manual cash handling is needed to pay change (coinage, for instance). A specially designed drawer is available in the deposit module of MK-01 cash dispenser.
The above deposit module helps the teller to handle manually cash deposits.
The teller deposit module is made up of a drawer equipped with a small coin tray and, if needed, small cassettes for small banknotes, and a deposit module (a compartment) for depositing banknotes, opened in two stages.
The module can be optionally equipped with an optical sensor to recognize denominations and detect counterfeit notes. In such a case, the device enables the teller to have a real-time balance updates and in particular current information on cash deposits and withdrawals. It is possible to eliminate manual banknotes dispensing; tellers have no access to the banknotes stored in MK-01 cash dispenser.
Safety
In order to secure the safety of cash stored in MK-01 device, it shall comply with the following requirements:
• Cabinet shall be anchored to flooring according to IMP Certificate class I,
• Deposit drawer shall be opened only after prior logging in by an authorized person using a chip key and Pin code,
• Opening of any drawer and/or compartment shall be secured by a time delay control mechanism,
• Drawer with a dispensing module (the access to cassettes with banknotes for further cash withdrawal) shall be opened only in the presence of two authorized persons who have to prove their identity by their chip keys; it is also safeguarded by a time delay control mechanism.
OPTIONS:
• Triggering of a silent alarm mechanism during the cash withdrawal,
• Triggering of a silent alarm mechanism from the on-line computer keyboard at any time,
• Limited amount of a single cash withdrawal
